Roobet’s terms identify Raw Entertainment B.V. and state license OGL/2024/687/0427. Casino Guru’s September 2026 review shows a 7.9 Safety Index. The external score is not a CCD score, and the license statement still needs a separate regulator-record check.
Account checks matter
The operator’s public terms allow identity and location documents to be requested and account functions to be restricted until checks are complete. Cryptocurrency payment does not imply that an account is anonymous.
