A useful review makes its evidence visible.
Here is the standard we work to.
A profile before a score.
A research profile records information about an operator and links the sources used. It may include licensing claims, accepted currencies, identity checks, withdrawal requirements, country restrictions and responsible gambling tools.
We prioritise the operator's current terms, regulator records and primary announcements. Established third party research can provide context, with attribution. A profile distinguishes reported information from what we independently checked.
An “Unrated” profile means the editorial assessment has not been completed. It is not a positive or negative verdict.
Evidence supports the conclusion.
Before assigning an editorial score, the review should document its assessment of licensing and operator identity, terms and restrictions, KYC, deposits and withdrawals, support, game integrity and responsible gambling features.
Testing claims must describe what was tested, when and under what conditions. A advertised withdrawal speed is not a measured outcome. A licence claim requires a check against the relevant authority.
Scores represent an editorial judgement about the recorded evidence at a point in time. They cannot guarantee a future withdrawal, resolve a complaint or remove the financial risks of gambling.
The offer needs its requirements.
A deal report should record its source, the date terms were checked and all material requirements available to the editor. These include wagering, maximum bets, game contribution, deposit conditions, expiry, cash-out restrictions and country eligibility.
We mark unknown or unspecified terms instead of filling gaps with assumptions. A reported offer may still change, expire or be unavailable to a specific account. The live operator terms take precedence.
No promotion guarantees a profit. Do not make a deposit purely because an offer looks large.
Separate the announcement from the outcome.
News reports link the original material and explain the material change. Social posts, press releases and operator statements are attributed. We distinguish confirmed facts from claims, opinion and an editor's interpretation.
We add meaningful context rather than recycling a headline. If an announcement does not include key details, that absence is relevant to the report.
Dates and disclosures stay visible.
Articles show publication dates. Casino profiles and deal reports show check dates when recorded. Changes to source terms may require new research rather than a cosmetic timestamp.
Affiliate links, paid positions and owner operated casinos are disclosed. Featured placement is independent of the existence or value of an editorial score. Read our commercial disclosures for the relationship behind the publication.
